Zhongyin Law Firm(Zhong Yin Law Firm, in Chinese), founded in January 1993, is one of the first Chinese partnership law firms, and it is a pioneer in the practice of the laws relating to securities, banking and financing, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment (FDI), intellectual property and international arbitration and litigation.
Professionals in Zhongyin Law Firm are well-trained, experienced and reliable. They have all graduated from prestigious law schools in China and/or foreign countries (USA, France, Germany, Japan, UK) with degrees such as LLBs, and/or SJDs，LLMs. Some partners and attorneys have extensive and valuable experience of practicing in international law firms and in multinational companies, while others were former senior judges or officials of Chinese governments or professors at academic institutions.
From its base in Beijing, Zhongyin Law Firm has established branch offices in Chengdu, Guiyang, Changsha, Jinan in China and an associated office in Paris (in cooperation with the Law Firm of Daniel Arthur Laprès) and is preparing to open offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
